Rob supports employee development with tools such as FLOWSPARKS and GoodHabitz, which are implemented in Belgium, the Netherlands, the UK, and Germany. The special program VDS-M promotes leadership and ownership within the organization.
During this session, Thomas demonstrates how OTTO, as a leading international employment agency, has developed a blended onboarding program for its staff employees. He explains why this program is so effective in reducing staff turnover, welcoming employees from diverse cultures and introducing the OTTO way of life.
Marian van Casteren is Customer Success Manager at GoodHabitz. She has worked as an L&D manager for over 5 years and is now committed to helping companies make learning a natural part of everyday work. During her workshop she will share the 5 key ingredients to achieve this, supported by fun and practical examples.
